Joje is Joey and Jess, two names stitched together, which is how the studio works too.
Two people who’d spent years honing the same craft separately, realising they’d be sharper together, learning that the best work comes from range: knowing when to reach for a pencil and when to reach for something newer, and having the taste to tell the difference.

Jess is a multidisciplinary designer with 10 years of experience and a creative path that has taken a less traditional route. Beginning her career working in a pharmacy while still at school, she developed a strong work ethic and a genuine appreciation for connecting with people.
After studying Fine Arts and Teaching, Jess initially planned to become an art teacher before realising she wanted to move from guiding creativity to creating herself. This led her towards graphic design, where she found a balance between creative thinking and problem-solving.
Today, Jess creates thoughtful, purposeful design that connects with people and serves a clear purpose. Her approach is driven by curiosity, collaboration and a desire to keep learning, always looking for ways to make work that feels considered and meaningful.
